Please note that the delivery time can only be guaranteed if the item is in stock. If the status of the product is described as "normally despatched within 2 - 5 days" this means we are waiting to receive the product from the manufacturer and we can't offer express delivery at this time.

The delivery date can only be guaranteed on items in stock. If the status of the item says 'usually dispatched within 2-5 days', it means that after your order has been placed, we have to wait to receive the item from the manufacturer and, therefore, there may be an additional waiting period.
Unclaimed order
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 10 days.

Orders not received
If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, it is possible that your order was delayed or lost during delivery. We officially declare as lost if the package has not been received within 3 weeks of dispatch. Please visit our Contact us page for any delivery issues.
Stock Availability & Failed Delivery
Orders may be sent from our distribution centre in the UK or France. Certain shipments may incur local customs duties and taxes that will be made payable to your local postal provider. Duties and taxes will vary depending on the delivery destination and the value of your order; unfortunately because these are paid locally we cannot give you a breakdown of possible charges in advance of your order being placed. If you have provided us with a valid email address or phone number you will contacted by your local postal provider to make payment. These duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you choose not to pay these duties and taxes then your order will be held for 10 days before being sent back to us. In these instances we will always refund you the full product order value. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order.
